The phrase, “ Using the number of Apple Podcasts ratings as a measure of success, leads me to believe you are unaware that apple ratings and reviews are being gamed on a regular basis. People still think they have something to do with rankings (they don’t). This somewhat pees in the cheerios of your story. The question shouldn’t be, “How long should my podcast be?” it should be “How long can you hold your audience’s attention.
